Welcome to MY OASIS CLUB
All memberships provide for equal rights for members and their personal guests. The Club reserves the right to decide on Application . Membership entitles the holder to use all Club services against payment. It is held on a personal basis.

Membership fee 2024
Membership is concluded for one year at a time (from the date of the first direct debit or invoice) and is automatically renewed unless cancelled.

The management of MY OASIS CLUB reserves the right to adjust membership fees to economic conditions and currency developments. Changes to contributions of current contracts must be announced at least 3 months in advance. For the effectiveness of the change, the timely publication via the club newsletter is sufficient.
Membership conditions
Membership is personal. Each member receives a club bracelet after Application and payment of the invoiced admission fee and the full annual membership fee. Registered spouses and partners of club members also receive a club bracelet. The club wristband must be worn visibly in the area of the marina and presented to the club leaders without being asked.
The membership entitles to use the club benefits according to the service description.
Contract period
The membership is concluded for one year (from the day of the first debit or invoice) and is tacitly and automatically renewed unless it is terminated by one of the two contracting parties 30 days before expiry.
Reservation ownership member band
Upon termination of the membership, the MY OASIS CLUB membership band must be returned to MY OASIS CLUB at the end of the contract period. If it is not returned in due time, 50.00 € plus the statutory value added tax will be charged.
Liability
In providing its services, MY OASIS CLUB is liable only for intent and gross negligence. MY OASIS CLUB is not liable for damages caused by disruption of its operations due to force majeure, riots, acts of war and natural disasters or other events for which it is not responsible (e.g. strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions) or which occur due to acts of domestic or foreign authorities.
Storage of personal data

Members are obliged to immediately notify MY OASIS CLUB in writing of all data essential for membership, in particular changes to their address or bank details.
Transfer of membership
The member may transfer his membership to another person, subject to approval by the management. The processing fee for this is € 50.00 plus VAT. The new member does not have to pay the admission fee.
Cancellation
The membership can be terminated with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the contract period. The termination must be in writing.

. Each member must adhere to the terms and conditions here to be found Club rules found here. Repeated violations will result in termination.
Other
German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf. Special agreements require the written form.
